Rope Skipping Day 2025

Lämpimästi tervetuloa Rope Skipping Day 2025 -treenitapahtumaan, jonka järjestää Rope Skipping Helsinki!

Paikka: Helsingin Rudolf Steiner -koulu, Paraistentie 3, 00280 Helsinki

Aika: Sunnuntaina 12.1.2025 klo 10:15-15:15. Koulun ovet aukeavat ja pukuhuoneisiin pääsee klo 9:45 alkaen ja klo 10:15 aloitamme päivän yhteisellä alkulämmittelyllä.

Hinta: 27€, sisältää lämpimän ruuan (reissuruoka.fi), maksuohjeet lähetetään ilmoittautumisen jälkeen sähköpostitse.

Päivän ohjelma:
10:15-10:40 yhteinen alkulämmittely
10:40-11:20 sinkkunaru
11:35-12:15 chinese wheel / parihyppy
12:15-13:00 lounastauko (lämmin ateria sisältyy päivän hintaan)
13:00-13:40 akrobatia (alasali), Double Dutch (yläsali)
13:55-14:35akrobatia (alasali), Double Dutch (yläsali)
14:45-15:15 yhteinen lopetus

Muuta muistettavaa:
👟 Ota mukaan hyppimiseen sopivat sisäkengät ja liikuntavaatteet.

➰ Tuo omat hyppynarusi, jos sinulla on (sinkkunaru, parinaru, pitkä naru). Meillä on lainanaruja, eli ei hätää, jos naru puuttuu.
💧 Muista oma vesipullo.

🛑 Osallistujia ei ole vakuutettu (paitsi, jos olet mukana Rope Skipping Helsingin kaudella ja sinulla on lukukauden 24-25 Jumppaturva).

Timing: Sunday 12.1.2025 at 10:15-15:15. The doors to the school and the dressing rooms open at 9:45 and we begin with a warmup at 10:15. A more detailed schedule of the day will be emailed to the participants no later than a week before the event.
Location: Helsinki Rudolf Steiner School, Paraistentie 3, 00280 Helsinki
Price: 27€, including warm meal (reissuruoka.fi), payment instructions will be sent by email after registration.

Program:
10:15-10:40 warm up
10:40-11:20 single rope
11:35-12:15 Chinese wheel / jump for two
12:15-13:00 lunch break (the price includes a warm meal)
13:00-13:40acrobatics (downstairs), Double Dutch (upstairs)
13:55-14:35acrobatics (downstairs), Double Dutch (upstairs)
14:45-15:15 wrapping up

Remember:
👟 Bring your indoor shoes and training clothes for jumping rope.

➰ Bring your jump ropes, if you have your own (single rope, wheel ropes and double dutch). We will try to provide as much spare ropes as we can, so don't worry!
💧 Bring a water bottle.
